To strengthen our practice team in the Medical Care Center at the new Helios HSK in Wiesbaden, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

for the fields of gynaecology, surgery, trauma surgery and neurosurgery

full-time or part-time

• You will be the first point of contact for our patients (both private and statutory health insurance patients)
• The organization of registration and appointment management for our outpatients and inpatients is part of your area of responsibility
• During the consultation hours, they assist with examinations and treatments and prepare them
• Depending on the specialty, you also have the opportunity to assist during outpatient operations after appropriate training
• In addition, you will support us with administrative tasks such as letter writing, patient data maintenance, service recording and changing the status of patients
• To do this, you keep an eye on the material requirements and place material orders

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d), GuK / Nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the field of gynecology, surgery, trauma surgery or neurosurgery
• You have digital skills and knowledge of practice software programs - otherwise you are willing to acquire them
• You are characterized by enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• You have good manners and maintain an empathetic approach to patients
• You work in a service-oriented manner and are open to interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
