For the Department of Neurology atthe Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden, we are looking for you full-time from the next possible date as

Head of Speech Therapy (m/f/d)

• Ensuring the operational process and interdisciplinary and interdepartmental communication in cooperation with all professional groups
• Personnel management and effective personnel deployment planning
• Ensuring qualified, professional instruction of employees
• Scheduling and monitoring materials management in compliance with department-specific and economic requirements
• Creation of training and counseling concepts for patients
• Implementation of projects and working groups, including interdisciplinary and cross-professional groups

• Completed training as a speech therapist (m/f/d)
• Professional experience as a speech therapist (m/f/d)
• Management experience desirable, but not a prerequisite
• Confident knowledge of PC applications (MS Office package)
• Willingness to participate in further education and training
• Willingness to actively shape change processes
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
