To strengthen our team in the medical care center at the Genthin location, we are looking for you on 01.10.2025 as

MFA / medical assistant / medical assistant (m/f/d) for the surgery department

full-time or part-time

• You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will support us in the preparation of examinations, treatments and surgical procedures
• You will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities to ensure the smooth daily running of the practice
• Administrative tasks such as the documentation of treatment procedures and patient data also fall within your area of responsibility
• You will also be involved in recording and invoicing services (private and statutory health insurance patients)
• You will also support us in ensuring quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or have equivalent training
• (Initial) professional experience in the outpatient or inpatient sector would be desirable, but this is not a must
• You have experience or knowledge of working with medical practice software or have digital skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with the software
• Good interpersonal skills, confident dealing with patients and relatives
• You are communicative and have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working and a quick grasp of things
• You enjoy working in a team, are committed and aware of your responsibilities
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
