Helios Fachklinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a full-time or part-time educator/social pedagogical assistant (m/f/d) for our SchleiKids daycare center as soon as possible.
Accompanying and supporting the children in all areas of education based on their respective level of development, taking into account their strengths and resources
Cooperation with parents; conducting parent-teacher conferences and parents' evenings
Ensuring compliance with legal principles and applicable regulations
Educational supervision of the children
Conducting development discussions with parents (m/f/d)
Completed training as an educator (m/f/d)
Empathy, appreciative communication and teamwork skills
Enthusiasm, creativity
Experience and enjoyment of working with children, reliability, empathy and love of the job
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
