At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for our Helios Hanseklinikum in Stralsund as a

Geriatric nurse (m/f/d)

in the day shift.

• You will look after and care for patients with various clinical pictures of geriatric medicine independently and professionally
• You will plan and document activating and therapeutic care measures for our patients
• You are the first point of contact for relatives, doctors and therapists and advise and train them
• Advise the nursing management in the context of geriatric care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional groups and specialist areas
• Quality assurance

• Successfully completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Compulsory specialist for geriatrics according to OPS 8-550 or the willingness to complete this
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in the field of gastroenterology
• You have commitment, reliability and a high degree of team spirit
• Social skills and enjoy working with people
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
