At the Helios Weißeritztal-Klinikum in Freital we are looking for you as a nurse / nurse with specialist training in geriatrics (m/f/d) for geriatrics - full-time (also part-time up to max. 30h possible)

• Interdisciplinary, nursing care of our inpatients in the geriatric ward
• Participation in geriatric team meetings
• Ensuring high quality standards in geriatrics
• Preparation and follow-up of diagnostic measures
• Close cooperation with professional groups involved in the treatment

• State professional license as a nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent - as well as professional experience or knowledge in the field of geriatrics
• Preferably specialist training / Zercur in the field of geriatrics desirable
• High level of professional and social competence and willingness to work across departments, in a team-oriented manner
• Special interest in further education and training
• Quick comprehension and manual dexterity, mental and physical resilience, quick reactions, ability to act flexibly and independently as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
