What you can expect

Planning, organization and evaluation of qualification measures and events, such as seminars, events or online courses
Preparation of evaluations and reports
Support in recruiting processes such as selection procedures, assessment centers or interviews
Participation in projects, e.g. for the further development of our development programs

What you bring with you

Independent, responsible and precise way of working

Strong communication skills and team spirit

Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Enrollment at a university of applied sciences or university, e.g. in the fields of social sciences or humanities, human resources management, psychology/business psychology or health management
