with 6 beds

• Care and support of patients in child and adolescent psychosomatics
• Accompaniment of a small number of patients under professional closeness-distance design
• Individual encouragement and support in a family setting
• Use of active listening and appropriate communication techniques to assess needs
• Implementation of psychosomatically oriented observation and documentation

• Completed training as a health and (paediatric) nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Strong technical expertise and high social skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, interdisciplinary mannerWillingness to self-reflect and regularly participate in supervision
• High degree of empathy, personal stability and professional attitude
• Openness to change processes and interest in the further development of the hospital
