Healthcare and nursing assistant for child and adolescent psychosomatics (m/f/d)

with 6 beds

• Care and support of patients in child and adolescent psychosomatics
• Accompanying a small number of patients while maintaining professional closeness and distance
• Individual encouragement and support in a family setting
• Use of active listening and suitable communication techniques to assess needs
• Carrying out psychosomatically oriented observation and documentation

• Completed training as a healthcare and (pediatric) nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Distinct professional expertise and high social competence
• Ability for team-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperationWillingness for self-reflection and regular participation in supervisions
• High degree of empathy, personal stability and professional attitude
• Openness to change processes and interest in the further development of the clinic
