Senior Physician (m/f/d) for Child and Adolescent Psychosomatics

• Our therapeutic concept is multidimensional with the aim of making bio-psychosocial relationships understandable, promoting the ability to relax, as well as influencing the patient's attribution patterns on a cognitive level and thereby strengthening self-efficacy and self-motivation.
• It includes individual and group therapy, family discussions, social skills training, art and movement therapy, biography work, experiential education/outdoor activities and clinic school.
• The duration of treatment depends on the individual needs of our patients.

• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in child and adolescent psychiatry and have professional experience with different age groups and disorders
• An open, interested, respectful attitude towards children, parents and staff as well as integrative skills in the multi-professional treatment team are of particular concern to you
• You are resilient and have the ability to openly name and competently accompany even controversial topics in families and in the team
• You are familiar with working in interdisciplinary team structures and are prepared to help shape the expansion of the section with a high level of professional and social competence
• You will see your future prospects in leading work in an ambitious department and will be able to manage tasks, projects and processes independently
