We are looking for you as a part-time or full-time pediatric clinic employee (m/f/d) for our clinic in Aue at the earliest possible date.

Administrative tasks, in particular the writing of doctor's letters

Organization and allocation of appointments

Contact person for our patients

Supporting our doctors during consultation hours

Carrying out general secretarial tasks

Interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional groups and specialist areas

You are familiar with secretarial tasks in the medical field, ideally you have a degree as a medical assistant (m/f/d)

You are committed, a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility

You have good IT skills (especially MS Office)

Good knowledge of practice organization, preferably across disciplines

You have a high level of empathy towards our patients

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
