To strengthen our team at the DKD Helios Clinic Wiesbaden, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis as a

QM Representative Nursing Specialist / Nursing Controlling (m/f/d)

• You optimize processes and collect key figures in the functional area of nursing, close cooperation with the nursing management
• You will determine and revise the quality assurance and optimization of standards in the nursing service
• Preparation and support during quality audits
• Proportionate nursing controlling: planning, controlling and monitoring of nursing services to ensure quality and efficiency in nursing, data and key figure analyses
• Ensuring legal and internal standards in care controlling
• Working with the time recording program

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), possibly a degree in nursing management, nursing science or a comparable qualification
• Further training in quality management desirable, but not a requirement
• Professional experience in the nursing field
• Motivation, empathy and enjoyment of working with people and working independently
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and results-oriented way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Working hours from Monday to Friday during core working hours - no weekend work
• In addition to your vacation entitlement, 10.5 days off per year
