For one of our Helios clinics in Germany, we are looking for a Junior Manager Hospital (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

• close cooperation with the clinic management and support in operational, conceptual and strategic tasks
• Through regular exchange with your colleagues, you promote continuous further development
• Independent management of projects and areas of responsibility, you are allowed to shape and influence
• Preparation of decision papers, analyses, statistics, reports and presentations

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on economics, law or medicine
• Professional experience in healthcare or clinic management
• Extensive experience in project work and management, quality management and business planning
• A high degree of initiative, creativity and the proven ability to successfully solve complex problems
• You are able to convince both managers and employees on a professional and personal level
• Reliability, independence, hands-on mentality and service orientation

• A high degree of personal responsibility
