Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Infusion Technology and Monitoring Systems

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational marketing of the assigned product area. You will actively shape the future of our portfolio and make a significant contribution to business development.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of strategies and marketing initiatives for the assigned product area

• Creation of a 3-year business plan and an annual marketing plan including sales, earnings forecast and budget planning (strategic and operational)

• Monitoring sales, earnings and market share development and deriving measures

• Portfolio management incl. lifecycle and innovation evaluation

• Identification and focused processing of target groups and target segments

• Planning and implementation of the sales-promoting communication strategy (marketing campaigns, cooperation projects, congresses, symposia)

• Active market development through participation in specialist events and KOL management

Your profile:

• Degree in natural sciences (pharmacy, biology, medicine, chemistry or similar), business administration or nursing studies or a comparable field of study

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales of explanation-intensive products or services

• Medical device consultant is an advantage

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, Sharepoint, SAP, Salesforce as well as planning and monitoring systems desirable

• Strong conceptual, analytical and organizational skills, as well as a good understanding of numbers

• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and work independently

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
