Architect / Civil Engineer (m/f/d) as Site Manager

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the strategic planning and implementation of hospital construction projects
• Management and control of project progress
• Coordination and control of construction projects, taking into account time, costs and quality
• Preparation of construction schedules
• Control of financial and resource planning
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and technical standards Monitoring construction acceptance and tracking defects
• Conducting contract award and supplementary negotiations

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable non-academic qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the healthcare sector
• Good knowledge of AHO in project management
• Experience in the implementation of subsidized construction measures in all processing phases according to ZBau, RZBau or RLBau
• Very good knowledge of construction and public procurement law (VgV, UVgO, VOB and VHB)
