Practice Instructor Surgical Nursing (m/f/d)

We are looking for you at the Leipzig Heart Center as soon as possible as a nurse / nurse / surgical assistant / OTA / nursing specialist / nursing specialist (m/f/d) in the function of reference practice instructor for surgical nursing (m/f/d) with 50% leave of absence for practice guidance and the supervision of OTA trainees & 50% assignment as a nursing specialist / OTA.

• They accompany OTA trainees from the first day of training to the exam
• You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of structured instructions
• You will be responsible for the acceptance of performance certificates and examinations
• They document the learning development of the trainees
• They are in close contact with the central practical guidance and the OTA school
• You will be involved in the development and implementation of new methodological concepts

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) or completed training as a surgical assistant / OTA (m/f/d)
• You have completed further training in surgical nursing as well as further training as a practice instructor (m/f/d)
• You have pedagogical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• They have empathy and understanding of the life situation of young learners as well as judgement and assertiveness
• You are characterized by commitment and the ability to work in a team and are confident in dealing with PC-supported documentation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
