Practice Manager OR Nursing (m/f/d)

We are looking for you at Herzzentrum Leipzig to start as soon as possible as a Healthcare and Nursing Assistant / Nurse / Surgical Technical Assistant / OTA / Nursing Specialist / Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) in the function of Reference Practice Instructor for OR Nursing (m/f/d) with 50% time off for practical instruction and supervision of OTA trainees & 50% work as a Nursing Specialist / OTA.

• You will accompany the OTA trainees from the first day of training to the examination
• You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of structured instructions
• You are responsible for the acceptance of performance records and examinations
• You document the trainees' learning development
• You will be in close contact with the central practical training supervisor and the OTA school
• You will be involved in the development and implementation of new methodological concepts

• You have completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or completed training as a surgical assistant / OTA (m/f/d)
• You have completed specialist further training for OR nursing and further training as a practice supervisor (m/f/d)
• You have pedagogical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• You have empathy and an understanding of the life situation of young learners as well as judgment and assertiveness
• You are characterized by commitment and the ability to work in a team and are confident in dealing with PC-supported documentation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
