Working Student (m/f/d) IT Governance and IT Service Management

Are you IT-savvy and would like to take a look behind the scenes of an international healthcare group during your studies? Then support our team in the area of IT Governance & IT Service Management from now on! Our tasks include the control of ITSM processes and the promotion of process harmonization as well as the enforcement of OneIT governance guidelines. As part of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to get to know a wide range of activities and to use your ITSM skills, your technical know-how and your commercial thinking in a targeted manner. In addition, you can make valuable contacts, explore possible career paths in the IT environment and gain practical experience.

Your challenge in detail

• You will support the team during your assignment in the control and documentation of ITSM processes, KPI maintenance and improvement initiatives

• You will manage OneIT process adjustments and accompany their implementation in ServiceNow in close coordination with the IT units involved

• In addition, you will support the enforcement of OneIT governance guidelines and be in regular contact with the relevant governance committees

• You will prepare presentations, reports and evaluations and prepare documents for committees and boards

• You will also support the maintenance and updating of governance documents, guidelines and process documentation

Your competence is in demand

• Current full-time studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, computer science or a similar field

• Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Proactive and independent way of working as well as good understanding of processes

• Experience with MS Office 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic knowledge of IT Service Management or ITIL Framework

• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Confluence and Sharepoint is an advantage
