Ward Manager Neurology (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time ward manager (m/f/d) for our neorology ward as of 01.07.2025. An assignment on day duty as required is not excluded.

• Leadership & development: You will lead your team professionally and personally, promote individual potential and provide advice and support
• Quality orientation: You will continuously develop your ward together with patients, colleagues and the nursing management team
• Nursing practice: you plan, design and take responsibility for nursing care in accordance with hospital-specific standards
• Duty scheduling : you create duty schedules and take responsibility for your team's time management
• Teamwork : You act as a central interface to the medical service and other professional groups

Qualifications: Completed training in healthcare and nursing

Experience: Professional experience in the inpatient sector - ideally on a neurological ward with a stroke unit

Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of quality management and interest in structured care processes

Leadership skills: Completed further training as a ward manager (m/f/d) or willingness to participate in management development programs

Personality: Goal-oriented, cooperative management style and strong social skills

Ability to work in a team: Strong communication skills and respectful interaction in an interdisciplinary team
