Werden Sie - zunächst befristet auf zwei Jahre - Teil unseres dynamischen Teams in der Abteilung Global Customs and Trade Compliance als engagierte/r Customs Specialist (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgabe
- Verbesserung der Datenqualität: Durchführung von operativen Aufgaben und Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Optimierung der Datenqualität und der Prozesse im Bereich Global Customs and Trade Compliance
- Prozessanalyse und -optimierung: Analyse bestehender Prozesse, Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Produkttarifierung und -klassifizierung: Durchführung von Produkttarifierungen und Produktklassifizierungen sowie SPL-Prüfungen (Sanktionslistenprüfung)
- IT-gestützte Im- und Exportkontrolle: Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen IT-gestützten Im- und Exportkontrolle im Tagesgeschäft
- Beratung und Unterstützung: Fachliche Unterstützung der Unternehmensbereiche, insbesondere in den Bereichen Warenursprung und Präferenzen, Warentarifierung sowie Zollabwicklung
- Dokumentation und Präsentation: Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Guidelines, WIs, SOPs sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen
- Regulatorische Nachverfolgung und Risikoanalyse: Unterstützung bei der Nachverfolgung regulatorischer Anforderungen, Mitarbeit bei Risikoanalysen und Audits
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann, Außenhandelsfachwirt/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht, insbesondere bei der Eintarifierung und Klassifizierung von Waren
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) und Außenhandelssystemen (idealerweise SAP GTS)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit der elektronischen Zollabwicklung (ATLAS-Ausfuhr, NCTS)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Analytische Denkweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen
