• Organizational and administrative tasks of the Chief Medical Secretary of the Endoprosthetics Clinic

• Internal and external coordination and organization of appointments
• Creation, administration and processing of business documents
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Supporting the entire team and being the central point of contact for all organizational issues

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or training as a health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) and professional experience in office management

• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Sound knowledge of modern business correspondence
• Experienced handling of MS Office and good IT skills
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoy administrative and organizational tasks
• Confident, pleasant and friendly demeanor
• Reliability, loyalty and discretion
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
