Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting Prozesses von dem Briefing mit dem Fachbereich, dem Erstellen aussagekräftiger Stellenausschreibungen über Kandidatenselektion & Interviewführung bis hin zur Angebotsphase
- Sie legen die Suchstrategie und Auswahl der Recruiting Kanäle fest und arbeiten ggf. mit externen Dienstleistern zusammen
- Sie übernehmen aktive und zielgruppenorientierte Kandidatenansprache (Active Sourcing) in sozialen Netzwerken
- Sie sind am Aufbau eines Talent Pools und Recruiting-Netzwerks durch ein nachhaltiges Talent Relationship Management beteiligt
- Sie stellen zu jeder Zeit eine positive "Candidate Experience" sowie proaktive Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern sicher
- Die kontinuierliche Beobachtung und Analyse des Kandidatenmarktes gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Sie arbeiten an spannenden strategischen Projekten mit
- Sie unterstützen bei der Entwicklung und Steuerung von Recruitingkampagnen mit den Geschäftsbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften o.ä., gerne mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Sie haben bereits eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Recruiting von Fach- und Führungskräften sammeln können, idealerweise im Life Sciences Umfeld
- Sie haben Erfahrung in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld mit Matrixstruktur sammeln können
- Sie haben einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Active Sourcing und Recruiting-Kampagnen (Schwerpunkt digital)
- Sie haben eine exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sind in der Lage mit den unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern zu interagieren
- Sie sind begeisterungsfähig, haben Freude und Leidenschaft am Arbeiten als selbstständiger Teamplayer, sind loyal und diskret und bringen eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit
- Sie haben ein professionelles Auftreten mit hoher Überzeugungskraft und Empathie
- Sie besitzen einen hohen Grad an Eigenmotivation und eine strukturierte, selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Sie bringen fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse mit und arbeiten gerne in einem internationalen & interkulturellen Umfeld
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Programmen, v.a. mit Word, Excel und PowerPoint
