To strengthen our team at the Cardiology Day Clinic at Herzzentrum Leipzig, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis as a

Medical assistant / MFA / nurse / health and nursing assistant / geriatric nurse (m/f/d).

• You will be responsible for the administrative and nursing admission of inpatients

• You will be responsible for administrative and documentation tasks throughout the entire admission process (including record keeping, registration of X-rays, ECG, CT, MRI)
• You will take on delegable medical activities, be responsible for carrying out diagnostic measures and provide support during interventions
• You will assist with discharge management (e.g. arranging follow-up appointments) and support the organization and arrangement of examination and surgery appointments
• You will also take on reception duties and be the point of contact for our guests, patients, visitors and employees
• You will be responsible for providing information and answering the telephone for the entire hospital

• You are a trained nurse / medical assistant / geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or have comparable training

• Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP/ImedOne and the common applications in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system
• You are characterized by a friendly, service-oriented manner as well as commitment and reliability
• You have a talent for organization and your strengths include a forward-looking, structured and team-oriented way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
