We are looking for an employee for the coordination of practical nursing training (m/f/d) for our Mansfeld-Südharz training center at the earliest possible date

• Organization and coordination of practical training (training plan, deployment plan, absences, accounting, etc.)
• Student administration via the school administration program (easySoft)
• Interface between theoretical and practical training (within Helios Kliniken Mansfeld Südharz and with cooperation partners)
• Planning and organization of school events and further education offers

• Knowledge in the nursing field and/or knowledge in the organization of a medical facility
• Strong skills in the use of common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Digital affinity and a high willingness to learn how to use documentation systems
• Experience with easySoft (school administration program) desirable, but not essential
• Organizational talent, independent, reliable way of working with the willingness to take on responsibility, quick comprehension skills
• Willingness to cooperate, very good communication skills, loyalty, commitment and resilience
