To strengthen our team at the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for you as a

Employee in the Radiology Registration Department (m/f/d)

• Organization and operational support of the outpatient and inpatient areas
• Coordination as an interface between the department, the hospital and external partners and care providers
• Representation of the radiology department secretariat
• Independent scheduling and coordination of appointments
• Participation in further training events

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Interest in number-based tasks while implementing an independent, structured and conscientious way of working
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and ideally previous experience with SAP; also extensive familiarity with medical nomenclature, excellent spelling skills and confident PC application skills
• High level of commitment, ability to work in a team and flexibility as well as pronounced reliability, strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility, especially when admitting patients
• Enjoy patient-oriented work with open-minded and friendly manners
• Proof of the legally required immunization against measles
