Für unsere Business Unit MedTech - Transfusion und Zelltechnologie suchen wir ab sofort befristet bis Oktober 2025 als Elternzeitvertretung eine/n Junior Produktmanager Blutbeutel Systeme.
Ihre Aufgabe
- Definition der globalen Portfoliostrategie und Analyse von Marktentwicklungen zur langfristigen Markterfolgssicherung
- Initiierung von Entwicklungsprojekten zur Produktverbesserung und Erstellung von Business-Sales- und Projektgenehmigungen
- Festlegung von Designinputs und kontinuierlichen Produktverbesserungen während des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus zur Umsatzsteigerung
- Management des globalen Produktportfolios und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Verwaltung von Produktphasenwechseln
- Leitung erfolgreicher Markteinführungen von Neuprodukten oder Produktverbesserungen mit umfassenden Planungen für regulatorische Anforderungen, Produktionsaufbau und Qualitätssicherung
- Management internationaler Roll-outs, einschließlich Vorbereitung und Genehmigung von Anträgen für internationale Zulassungen
- Bereitstellung von Applikationssupport für Vertriebseinheiten, Regionen und Länder
- Kontinuierliche Aktualisierung von Marketingmaterialien und Product Information Packages (PIP)
- Unterstützung und Initiierung von Redesign-to-Cost-Initiativen
- Management aller GPM-Aktivitäten im Einklang mit dem Jahresbudget und den definierten Meilensteinen
Ihr Profil
- Hochschul- oder FH-Abschluss oder dualer Studiengang in den Bereichen Business, Medizintechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder verwandten Feldern
- Erfahrung im globalen Produktmanagement sowie im Projektmanagement
- Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute internationalen Kommunikationfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Motivation, Engagement
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse sowie eine exzellente Eigenorganisation
- Reisebereitschaft sowohl national als auch international
