Ihre Aufgaben
Implementierung von Strategien und Vermarktungsinitiativen für den zugeordneten Produktbereich im deutschen Markt :
- Erstellen eines strategischen Businessplans für 3 Jahre (Umsatz, Mengen, Preis) sowie den Marketingmaßnahmenplan nebst Kostenbudget
- Eingabe der Planzahlen in die IT-Systeme
- Monitoring der Umsatz-, Ergebnis- und Marktanteilsentwicklung sowie Ableitung von kurz- und mittelfristigen Handlungsempfehlungen
- Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit (monatliche Abstimmung mit Supply Chain)
- Umsetzung von Produktneueinführungen gemäß Marketing Mix inkl. Erstellung der Kommunikationsunterlagen für alle Kommunikationskanäle und relevante Promotionsmaterialien
- Erstellung / Update der Produktinformationen: Promotionsmaterialien, Vertriebssichten, Preislisten, Fachinformationen, Internet, Intranet, etc.
- Regelmäßige Beobachtung der Entwicklung Lauerpreise des Wettbewerbs
- Umsetzung definierter Verkaufsförderungskampagnen für den Produktbereich: Zielgruppenmailings und Bewerbungsunterlagen für die Vertriebslinien
- Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen im Rahmen von Portfoliooptimierungen
- Erstellung von Wettbewerbsvergleichen bezogen auf Feature-Advantages-Benefits der zugeordneten Produkte inkl. Schulungsunterlagen für die Nutzung durch den Vertrieb
- Bearbeitung und Beantwortung produktspezifischer interner und externer Anfragen
- Management von Lieferengpässen
- Durchführung von produktbezogenen Schulungen für MitarbeiterInnen aus Vertrieb und internen Abteilungen sowie KundInnen
- Festlegung der Kommunikation für den zugeordneten Produktbereich bei Kongressen und Umsetzung von Symposien und Sponsorings
- Aktive Marktbearbeitung - Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche, Teilnahme an Kongressen und Fachveranstaltungen
- Lieferengpassmanagement
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Pharmazie, Medizin Ernährungswissenschaften, Ökotrophologie, Biologie, Chemie o.ä.) mit guten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen oder Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Qualifikation als Pharmareferent (bei Arzneimitteln)
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produkt-Marketing und/oder Vertriebserfahrung
- Analytische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch sowie Englisch
- Außendiensterfahrung Pharma von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitsmarktes, speziell in den zugeordneten Produktbereichen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit und Zahlenaffinität
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Office Programme, Datenbanken und SAP
