The Institute for Tissue Diagnostics at the MVZ of the Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring is a network center of the national Network for Genomic Medicine (nNGM). The aim of the nNGM is to provide lung cancer patients in Germany with comprehensive molecular pathology diagnostics. What you can expect

  • You will be responsible for the development and coordination of the project and drive forward the digital networking of the Institute of Tissue Diagnostics with its network partners
  • To this end, you will support us in digitally connecting the primary databases of our partner clinics to our central data hub

  • You will create web-based input interfaces for data collection in the partner clinics
  • You will develop interface-based solutions for data transfer with the manufacturers of the primary systems
  • You create databases for data collection in our own clinic
  • You will work interactively with colleagues from other institutions on data transfer to the nNGM

What you bring with you

  • You are an IT specialist for application development (m/f/d) or have a university degree in computer science
  • Knowledge of developing and programming dynamic web forms (.NET, C#, preferably ASP.NET) and user interfaces
  • You have experience in programming API interfaces and ideally also have knowledge of the FHIR standard for health data
  • Experience in SQL database management and queries
  • You have the ability to develop and coordinate projects independently
  • You are motivated to support us in this important project, are ready for action and aware of your responsibilities
  • You are characterized by your cooperative working style and solution-oriented thinking
  • Legally required proof of immunization against measles
