We are looking for you as a Documentation Assistant (m/f/d) for our Neurology Clinic in Erfurt.

Documentation for quality assurance of stroke treatments

Registration of patients in the neurovascular board/carotid board and organization of resulting queries/treatment offers

Review and documentation of information sent externally

Administrative support in the neurovascular network (preparation for certification)

Recording and documentation of patient movements to be verified in the network and organization of the obligatory case conferences

Completed training as a medical assistant, medical assistant, health and nursing assistant or nursing specialist (m/f/d)

Strong communication skills and a structured way of working

Ability to work under pressure, motivation, as well as team and organizational skills

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A full-time job with a weekly working time of 38.5 hours in a 1-shift system
