PMO:
Lead PMO business partner for project management at R&D Enteral Nutrition
Support project portfolio management in compiling and analyzing performance data, incl. KPIs, financials, deviations, and roadblocks
Update data consistently across all project management information systems to support real-time reporting and operational decision-making
Co-develop and improve tools, templates, and training (materials)
Develop, maintain, and roll out PMO frameworks and processes to enable continuous organizational development toward project management excellence
Proactively partner with Finance and project (portfolio) managers to prepare FC/BUD preparation and presentations to senior management
Digitalization:
Focal point for project managers in the effective use of project management information systems, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient collaboration
Harmonize, standardize, and maintain master data and project plans to ensure consistency and data integrity across the portfolio
Lead the optimization and continuous improvement of project and portfolio management tools
Design and maintain KPI dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-Monitor emerging digital trends and technologies (e.g., AI) to identify and innovate digital solutions for continuous improvement
Lead change management initiatives to embed digital project and portfolio management practices across the organization
Spearhead the smooth adoption and effective utilization of new digital tools and technologies
You have a Master’s degree in science, pharmacy, medicine, engineering, or (health) economics; MBA or Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory
You bring a minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in project management or PMO
You have gained knowledge of regulatory, CMC, and (pre-)clinical requirements in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, combination products, or FSMP/food is appreciated
You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional and multi-regional teams to deliver strategic initiatives
Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMI-PMP®) or PMO (PMI-PMOCPTM) are preferred
You have profound skills in relevant applications, such as MS Office 365, MS Project, Planisware, MS Visio, and SharePoint
You are known for your excellent knowledge of data visualization (e.g., Power BI), development (e.g., Power Apps), and AI (e.g., Copilot) tools
You bring strong interpersonal skills to evolve in a highly matrixed organization coupled with an outcome-focused mindset with a hands-on and seasoned leadership presence
You are fluent in English (spoken and written) proficiency in German or Chinese language is considered an asset
