To support the Helios clinics, we are looking for a full-time employee in the Purchasing and Logistics division to start as soon as possible:

Purchasing employee (m/f/d) for medical products

Processing of purchase requisitions (ticket processing)

Request for quotations

Rental screen management

Processing of control transactions

Invoice processing

Communication and cooperation with other interfaces/departments (product management/service center purchasing/warehouse logistics) and with medical staff

Successfully completed commercial training

Structured, independent and reliable way of working

A high degree of commitment, a sense of responsibility and the ability to make decisions

Reliability, flexibility and resilience

Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational skills

Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and relevant experience with SAP

Proof of immunization against measles
