Complaints management employee (m/f/d)

For the Helios Klinikum Schwelm we are looking for an employee for Complaints Management (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Receipt, recording and documentation of complaints in digital workflows
• Feedback and coordination with the relevant specialist departments and coordination of relevant information to clarify issues
• Ensuring a timely and best possible response to all complaints
• Analysis of complaints to identify potential for improvement and participation in process optimization to increase patient satisfaction and quality assurance

• Three years of basic nursing training in order to be able to make sound assessments of hospital processes

• Experience in complaints management or dealing with sensitive issues is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and to present complex issues in an understandable way
