As Global Vendor Master Data Steward, you take ownership of vendor master data governance across the enterprise. Your goal: deliver a single, governed, and high-quality vendor master data record that enables compliant, scalable, and automated Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Positioned at the intersection of Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and IT, you drive global standardization and digitalization with a strong focus on SAP MDG and SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP).
Act as global steward for vendor master data within Procurement Governance, Processes & Transformation.
Enforce global standards, data models, and governance frameworks.
Maintain and evolve policies, SOPs, and ownership models.
Define and monitor global vendor master data quality KPIs.
Govern the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, extensions, blocking, and archiving.
Ensure accurate vendor classification and attributes across all regions.
Serve as subject-matter expert for SAP MDG and maintain data models, validation rules, and workflows.
Drive seamless integration between SAP MDG and SAP Ariba SLP for supplier onboarding and synchronization.
Embed compliance requirements and enable automation for touchless P2P processing.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor master data or master data governance.
Proven expertise in SAP MDG and SAP Ariba SLP.
Strong track record in global, matrix-driven organizations.
