For our Purchasing and Logistics division, which is based at the Helios headquarters in Berlin-Mitte, we are looking for a

Master Data Manager / Master Data Manager (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the maintenance of product master data in SAP-MM and work closely with the back office
• You will constantly analyze and optimize master data quality and processes
• As part of the Procurement & Logistics Excellence team, you will be the contact person for all master data-related topics and responsible for the further development, expansion and modernization of the master data landscape as part of a group project
• You will create evaluations for the company's internal stakeholders on all topics relevant to master data
• Regular coordination with all members of the supply chain (strategic/operational purchasing, logistics) is part of your everyday life
• You will create and maintain the company-wide web-based request and support forms for the Purchasing and Logistics divisions

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics with a focus on IT/technology or a comparable education/qualification
• You are enthusiastic about data, evaluations, purchasing processes and IT and have an understanding of business issues
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel and experience with SAP MM & SD or other ERP systems as well as database structures
• Ideally, you have already had some experience with content management systems
• You are fluent in written and spoken German
• You score points with your logical way of thinking and analytical problem-solving skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
