We are looking for you as a physiotherapist (m/f/d) for the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig site from 01.04.2025.

• You will develop individual therapy concepts for your primarily geriatric patients and implement these independently in individual and group therapies

• You will apply various therapeutic treatments aimed at improving movement and muscle function as well as everyday skills and evaluate the results
• You create complete therapy reports and performance documentation
• Your individualized therapy offer for your patients: inside is based on the required daily living skills
• You work in an interprofessional team consisting of occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical services, nursing and ward assistants
• In weekly meetings, patient-oriented short- and long-term goals and measures are defined in the interdisciplinary team

• Successfully completed training as a state-recognized physiotherapist
• You are willing to work weekends and public holidays
• You can demonstrate initial professional experience in the field of physiotherapy and have
• Ideally have an additional qualification in manual lymphatic drainage
• You are committed, a team player with organizational skills and a stable personality, you are always patient-oriented and motivated to integrate yourself into a multi-professional team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
