We are looking for a physiotherapist (m/f/d) to join our physiotherapy department as soon as possible on a full-time, part-time or mini-job basis with a permanent contract and flexible working hours.

• Instructing patients to independently carry out active therapy, correcting incorrect posture and incorrectly practiced movement sequences, instructing relatives
• Designing the respective treatment plan based on the doctor's prescription
• Creating exercise programs and documentation
• Daily and weekly documentation of the patient's therapy status
• Close cooperation with the geriatrics, neurology and surgery departments
• Participation in interdisciplinary meetings

• Completed training / studies as a physiotherapist (m/f/d)
• Ability to provide professional and patient-oriented care
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic Titisee-Neustadt, a basic and standard care hospital with 151 beds and 400 employees, is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital of Freiburg.
