Quality management employee (m/f/d)

For the Helios Klinikum Schwelm we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for quality management at the earliest possible date.

• Monitoring and implementation of all relevant certification and structural requirements (e.g. StrOPS, GBA specifications, VAV, RTZ, EPZmax, ZFSmax)
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal audits as well as support for external audits and (re-)certifications
• Initiating and managing quality improvement measures - including monitoring success
• Supporting and advising specialist departments on compliance with and documentation of quality-related requirements
• Active further development of the quality management system

• Completed three years of training in the nursing sector for a sound assessment of clinical processes

• Experience in quality management or in dealing with regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and to present complex content in an understandable way
