MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) as a billing clerk

• The area of responsibility includes checking the billing data in the practice management software for completeness and plausibility
• Ensuring interdisciplinary billing according to EBM
• Compliance with billing regulations, billing optimization and support in billing controlling
• Implementing new KV guidelines and processing inquiries from the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians
• Assistance with and independent assumption of administrative tasks
• Processing of the health insurance physicians' accounts / quarterly accounts
• In addition, you will support us in our daily practice work in the function of an MFA (m/f/d)

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have already gained (initial) experience in instructional / organizational activities
• You have knowledge in dealing with EDP programs, ideally also in Xvianova
• You have a high sense of responsibility, initiative, commitment and professional competence
• You are empathetic, empathetic, have strong communication and cooperation skills and can lead a team in a collegial manner
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
