Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a medical assistant (m/f/d) as a medical assistant for the gastroenterology department, full/part-time, permanent, to start as soon as possible.

• Preparation and follow-up of examinations
• Preparation and follow-up of ward rounds
• Participation in the early meeting of the doctors - Support of the assistant doctors in logistical and administrative activities
• File management, billing and documentation
• Processing doctors' letters and assisting with discharge management
• Assistance with ward organization

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Relevant professional experience, preferably in a hospital environment or in a practice/branch office as well as willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Professional experience in endoscopy desirable
• High level of professional and social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
