Our team of Chief Physician Secretaries is looking for you as a full-time temporary employee (m/f/d) to cover for pregnancy/parental leave as soon as possible.

• Independent organization and management of the secretariat
• Coordination and supervision of the chief physician's consultation hours
• Preparation and coordination of all appointments for patients
• First point of contact (m/f/d) for external contacts
• Taking care of general correspondence and medical correspondence
• Billing of medical services
• Central point of contact within the clinic organization
• Carrying out tasks without fixed assignment to a specialist chief physician's secretariat
• The assignment takes place as a stand-in (m/f/d)

• You have many years of secretarial experience or have successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) and have several years of professional experience in this field
• You have good IT skills and sound knowledge of the common Office programs (MS Office)
• You are willing to familiarize yourself with the software systems we use
• You have a high level of motivation, reliability and organizational skills
• You are characterized by friendliness and a strong patient and service orientation
• You are a strong communicator, committed, a team player and have a stable personality
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
