Delivery of the program with its projects over the complete program lifecycle (e.g., program set-up, planning, design, build, and testing)
Management of a program of multiple integrated projects by providing a clear direction and motivating team members
Establish business governance structure to oversee the program, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
Oversee the execution of all business-related deliverables across the program phases, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that all business program deliverables meet the required standards and business requirements
Conduct regular reviews and audits of program activities to ensure compliance with defined quality standards
Continuous identification and initiation of improvements of existing processes, methods and standards within the program environment
Work together with the business process streams to ensure that all project deliverables are accordingly planned and executed
Develop and manage the business program budget, ensuring that it is allocated appropriately, and expenditures are controlled, identifying and addressing any variances from the budget
Engage and manage relationships with business and IT key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues
Contribute to internal communications (e.g., newsletters, program updates) and support team culture initiatives, in alignment with the Change Management team.
At least 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale SAP ERP business driven transformation
Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA rollouts in large, multi-segment organizations, preferably in the Pharma/Life Science industry or in a validated industry
Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple internal and external project stakeholders
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control and a demonstrated ability to manage large budgets
Relevant certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is advantageous
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is advantageous
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Level
German language knowledge is a plus
