For our Clinic for Pediatric Surgery and Pediatric Urology in Krefeld, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Pediatric Surgery / Pediatric Urology Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Responsible care of our young patients on the ward and communication with their relatives
• You will be involved in the entire spectrum of pediatric surgery and pediatric urology
• Carrying out various examinations
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments
• Participation in the on-call service

• Completed specialist training in pediatric surgery
• Surgical knowledge and skills in pediatric surgery, neonatal surgery, pediatric traumatology and urology
• You are characterized above all by a high level of social competence, an open-minded personality and enjoyment in dealing with our young patients
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Clinic for Pediatric Surgery and Pediatric Urology has a demand-driven bed contingent in the Center for Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. Almost 1,000 operations are performed on inpatients and outpatients every year. The clinic has a particular focus on minimally invasive procedures. The clinic has its own outpatient clinic based on an institute authorization and an extensive emergency and D-doctor outpatient clinic and is characterized by a very constructive cooperation with various other specialist disciplines at the clinic, in particular in the certified Children's Oncology Center and Perinatal Center Level I. In addition, there are cooperations with various children's clinics at surrounding hospitals and long-term projects to coordinate the pediatric surgical care of other Helios clinics in the area.
