For our location in Bad Homburg we are looking for a full-time Senior Manager (m/f/d) Risk & Internal Controls for an indefinite period of time as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Establishment, development and improvement of the integrated risk management and ICS methodology
• Establishment and development of risk reporting processes
• Development of the ICS framework and implementation strategy
• Conducting risk and ICS workshops, supporting local companies in risk reporting and implementing local controls
• Promoting the implementation of a sustainable internal control system and risk transparency
• Monitoring measures to eliminate identified risks and control deficiencies
• Promoting cultural change with regard to risk awareness and ICS
• Conducting training on methodology, risks, processes and understanding of controls
• Work closely with the Group Risk and ICS function, relevant central functions and local teams

What you bring with you:

• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable field of study
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management / internal controls, internal audit, auditing or a comparable risk-oriented area of responsibility, preferably with a background in management consulting
• Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworks in the area of RM & ICS
• Strong understanding of key business processes (Procure to Pay, Quotation to Cash, Finance etc.)
• Awareness of strategic, financial, operational and compliance risks
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure and simplify complex tasks
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel
