Consultant / Business Analyst Identity Governance and Administration (m/f/d)

Your assignments

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IGA developer team

• Support the analysis and improvement of IGA processes within the organization aligned with business needs

• Support collection business and technical requirements for application onboarding

• Facilitates workshops to gather business requirements related to identity lifecycle and access governance

• Document business requirements and design solutions that align with both IT security policies and business needs

• Help create user guides, training decks, and onboarding documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment

• Support in testing, change management and communication of IGA process and solutions

• Take part in documentation and reporting activities

Your profile

• Academic background or comparable work experience

• Good understanding of IAM/IGA processes (e.g., identity lifecycle, roles, access rights)

• Strong communication skills to effectively support change management initiatives

• Ability to understand and document business processes and translate them into technical requirements

• Ideally experience with IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar)

• Familiarity with IT security, compliance or identity security principles are advantageous

• Analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving skills

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, German skills are a plus
