For our Helios Abrechnungs-Service GmbH, we are looking for a

Outpatient billing clerk (m/f/d) as a full-time parental leave replacement.

• Implementation and control of the ASV billing (if necessary, including service allocation and documentation check), as well as necessary correction via the DTA
• Examination and billing of therapeutic product prescriptions, as well as necessary correction via the DTA
• Execution and control of billing in special outpatient clinics (e.g. SPC, PIA, children's special outpatient clinic)
• Communication with health insurance companies, ASV coordination partners and internal departments
• Monitoring of deadlines, plausibility and returns
• Maintenance of billing-relevant data in the hospital system

• Completed training in the medical or commercial field, e.g.:
  • MedicalAssistant(MFA)
  • Healthcare clerk
  • Nurse (with billing experience)
• Sound knowledge of EBM, ideally also of therapeutic products and ASV regulations
• Experience in using a hospital information system
• Careful and structured way of working, high accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to undergo continuous training in billing issues
