For our nephrology clinic in Erfurt, we are looking for a doctor in further training (m/f/d) in the field of internal medicine to start as soon as possible. The nephrology clinic cooperates with the outpatient kidney center at the same location.

• Medical work in a motivated and committed team as a doctor in further training under the experienced guidance of the head physician and senior physician
• Further training curriculum with rotations in other specialist areas of internal medicine, intensive care medicine, geriatrics, emergency center
• Broad range of patients with complex and rare clinical pictures
• High level of interdisciplinarity with other specialist disciplines in a maximum care hospital

A keen interest in the specialty of internal medicine or general medicine as well as new developments in medicine and a particular interest in the sub-specialty of nephrology

Ability to work in a team with the middle medical staff and the medical team as well as a collegial attitude towards all other disciplines

A sense of responsibility and a high degree of reliability

Open and confident patient-oriented manner Willingness to work in the service system of the internal medicine clinics and the central emergency department

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Nephrology Clinic with 15 beds treats around 500 - 600 patients with kidney disease as inpatients every year. The six internal medicine clinics treat 14,000 patients per year with diseases from the entire internal medicine spectrum, including pneumatology, gastroenterology and hepatology, infectiology, rheumatology, endocrinology and diabetology, cardiology, angiology and geriatrics. Internal intensive care medicine plays an important role. All diagnostic and interventional procedures are carried out in the functional departments.
