Senior Analyst IT Demand Management

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Analyst to join our IT Portfolio Management team. The role is pivotal in supporting IT Portfolio Management in overseeing and coordinating a diverse range of IT demands, projects, and programs—from small enhancements to large-scale application development and business-driven IT projects.

The role provides a central point of contact for IT Business Partners, enabling smooth communication between IT and business stakeholders, and ensuring that the IT portfolio is accurately captured, tracked, and reported.

• Monitor the portfolio repository to ensure that demands, project statuses, and related documentation are up to date and consistent.

• Maintain portfolio overviews, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for senior stakeholders.

• Support financial tracking of portfolio items in coordination with IT finance, fostering alignment between portfolio data and budget records.

• Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations for various IT governance bodies and stakeholders.

• Be a main point of contact for IT Business Partners and other stakeholders regarding demand intake and portfolio reporting processes.

• Track action items and decisions from management and operational meetings and ensure follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

• Support the portfolio decision process so that potential projects and programs effectively undergo the established demand processes.

• Attend to any other ad-hoc requests from IT Portfolio Management, contributing to effective management of the portfolio.

• 5+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, PMO, IT governance, or related functions—preferably in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.

• Experience working in multinational environments with diverse stakeholders.

• A degree in economics, computer science, information technology, or a similar.

• Advanced communication skills in English, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders. 

• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently while contributing to team objectives.
