(Senior) Finance Business Partner (m/f/d)

Within the Finance function of Fresenius Digital Technology, we shape the financial steering of key transformation initiatives across the Fresenius Group. As a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d), you are the primary point of contact for the financial steering of our transformation tower.

Your responsibilities:

• End-to-end financial support for large-scale business transformation through SAP S/4HANA: Budgeting, forecasting, rolling outlook, scenario analysis and monitoring of external spending.

• Business partnering at eye level with functional leaders, Fresenius Group functions and segments: Financial advisory, decision papers, challenging assumptions, deriving actions and financial risk management.

• Project and program controlling: CAPEX/OPEX transparency, service chargeback/internal cost allocation, variance analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast) as well as KPI and milestone tracking.

• Data and reporting excellence: Build and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards; strong knowledge of SAP BW, SAP FI/CO, PS and SAC for deeper insights; ensure consistent reporting standards.

• Governance and processes: Co-design efficient planning, forecasting and month-end close processes in a transformation context; drive continuous improvement of finance processes.

• Communication and stakeholder management: Facilitate decision-making forums (Leadership, PMO, Finance) and tailor complex topics for different audiences in German and English.

Your qualifications:

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT transformation or controlling; ideally as a Finance Business Partner in transformation and/or IT-related environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP BW and SAP FI/CO; understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP PS and SAC is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX/measures, visualizations) and strong MS Office skills; experience creating management presentations.

• A high level of autonomy and ownership with the ability to proactively identify topics, drive them end-to-end and deliver outcomes independently.

• Innovative mindset with a high degree of initiative and a proactive approach in your day-to-day work.

• A solution-oriented personality with high commitment and the ability to structure and work through complex topics.

• Excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management.

• Fluent in German and English (business level).
