Manager IV Fluids Global Portfolio (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate the IV Fluids business & financial performance

• Support and contribute with strategic initiatives and portfolio opportunities

• Develop and maintain an understanding of Fresenius Kabi’s IV Fluids, including current and future market trends, products, and competitors

• Coordinate long-term plans for IV Fluids

• Coordinate Business Case preparations

• Lead projects related to IV Fluids

• Coordination with TechOps teams and Regions, as well as other functions such as Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance for IV Fluids-relevant topics 

• Aligne with TechOps and Regions regarding supply strategies and alternatives

• Propose and manage optimization and improvement initiatives for IV Fluids portfolio

• Support review of relevant documentation related to IV Fluids products

Your profile:

• Hold a University degree in Science (Biology, Pharmacy), International Business, Business Administration, ideally with focus on Marketing

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in IV Fluids

• High analytical and organizational skills with attention to details

• Effective communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills (written and verbal)

• Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs and Finance

• Team oriented, resilient, proactive, results oriented with creative problem solving and innovative mindset

• Eager to work in multicultural environment

• Flexible and adaptable with demonstrated sense of urgency, aptitude to drive results in a matrix organization/manage cross-functionally, relationship management

• Bring excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities

• MS Office proficiency

• Proficient in English (written & spoken)

• Willing to travel
