Senior Developer - AI

The Senior Developer - AI is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The role requires strong expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Azure data tools, along with proficiency in Python and C#. The developer will architect scalable AI systems, integrate machine learning models across Azure services, and ensure seamless deployment through Azure Kubernetes and DevOps practices. This position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading development initiatives, and translating business requirements into robust, cloud‑optimized AI solutions.

• Develop and maintain machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning Studio.

• Implement AI capabilities using Azure Cognitive Services for vision, speech, and language features.

• Contribute to building custom AI solutions with Azure Databricks and Azure Functions.

• Apply practical NLP and machine learning techniques in Azure-based projects.

• Assist in developing deep learning models using Azure-supported frameworks.

• Support data engineering activities, including ETL pipeline development with Azure Data Factory.

• Work with Azure SQL Database and Cosmos DB to handle AI-related data storage.

• Deploy machine learning models as APIs using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Integrate AI models with other Azure services under guidance from senior team members.

• Write clean, reliable code using Python and C# for AI and cloud-based applications.

• Use Azure CLI, Azure SDKs, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps for development workflows

• Follow best practices for designing scalable and secure AI solutions on Azure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Azure DevOps for code management and task tracking.

• Provide technical support to junior team members and contribute to team delivery quality.

• 5+ years of experience in software development with hands-on work in AI/ML projects.

• Strong practical experience with Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Databricks, and Azure Functions.

• Proven background implementing NLP, deep learning, and advanced ML algorithms in real-world applications.

• Experience designing and orchestrating ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and working with Azure SQL or Cosmos DB.

• Demonstrated ability to deploy and manage models via Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and integrate AI components across Azure services.

• Proficiency in Python and C#, with familiarity using Azure SDKs, CLI, PowerShell, and DevOps pipelines.

• Prior experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, mentoring developers, and leading cloud-based AI initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• A master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Cloud Computing is preferred (but not mandatory).

• Certifications in Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, or Azure Developer are highly beneficial.
