Being part of Fresenius Kabi Global Business Services gives us the opportunity to collaborate and network with 3 other SSC locations in the Philippines, the Dominican Republic and China.

One Team

Since 2014 when we started the operations in Wroclaw, we have grown into an organization of more than 150 professionals. At the same time we retained the feeling of proximity and familiarity, which is peculiar to a small sized company, which we still are. A company, where no one is anonymous, and everybody makes a visible contribution.

Languages

85% of our employees speak at least two foreign languages. We work with business partners located in 15 different countries in Europe and speaking 13 different languages.

Scope

Our operations are concentrated in 4 main process streams (Purchase-to-Pay, Account-to-Report/Fixed Assets Accounting, Travel & Expense, Order-to-Cash/Cash Management), complete with Indirect Procurement support and Master Data management and other functions. We continuously seek opportunities to increase the scope and grow our operations in Wroclaw.

Accounting Expert / Accountant

Prioritizes and processes daily business requirements in the finance and accounting area, contributes to process improvement and standardization opportunities. Works effectively with business partners and team members to deliver excellent quality of service in a professional manner, while maintaining favorable relationship with stakeholders.

Requirements: BS/MS in the field of accounting, 3 years of professional experience in the accounting area.

Process Manager

Leads and manages the process areas towards operational excellence and KPI improvement. Fosters quality awareness and facilitates collaboration within and outside, direct area of responsibility. Contributes to the strategy of the organization and the vision of the end-to-end processes. Manages multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders.

Requirements: BS/MS in the field of accounting or Business Management, 5 years of professional experience in the accounting area and 2 years of experience in leading teams/processes.

Project Manager

Responsible for designing, executing and delivering the projects according to business needs. Contributes an interface between the project and the business area. Manages project risk monitors the overall progress, initiates necessary actions and identifies support and resource requirements.

Requirements: BS/MS in the accounting or Business Management fields; 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.

Continuous Improvement and Quality Expert

Drives the Continuous Improvement agenda within the organization, coordinates priorities and resource allocations. Fosters knowledge and awareness of Quality and CI by training and coaching employees. Supports all functions with process improvement projects, by equipping them with tools and methodology.

Requirements: BS/MS in accounting finance or a similar field, 3 years of experience in accountancy, preferably in the SSC environment.

Indirect Procurement Specialist

Prioritizes and processes daily business requirements in the Indirect Procurement area, contributes to process improvement and standardization opportunities. Supports global roll-out of Indirect Procurement and implementation of the relevant Purchasing procedures. Works effectively with business partners by providing support to end-users and addressing their queries and requests.

Requirements: Business Administration or SCM, 2 years of professional experience in the purchasing area.

Business Process Analyst

Responsible for understanding the workings of organization-wide processes with an aim to improve and automate them and plays a critical role in the continued standardization and streamlining of the SSC processes, and beyond. Works effectively by monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance.

Requirements: BS/MS in the accounting field, 3 years of professional experience in the accounting area.
