As a healthcare group, we take the COVID-19 spread very seriously, and we are willing to do everything possible to protect your health and the health of our employees. At the same time, we would very much like to continue our recruiting processes. That is why from now on we will conduct job interviews by video or phone call at many sites. Can I apply for current job openings at Fresenius?

Yes, we are still planning to fill all current vacancies. Therefore, we look forward to receiving your online application!

I have already applied, but have not yet received a response. When can I expect to receive a feedback?

Due to the current situation, it may take a little longer than usual until you receive a response from us. However, we will try to contact you as soon as possible.

I have already been invited for an interview on site. Will this interview take place at all?

In order to protect your health and the health of our employees, from now on we will conduct job interviews by video or phone call at many sites. We will contact you in time before your appointment for details.

Which tool is used for the video interview?

The tool used to conduct a video interview may differ depending on the business unit and location. You will receive the relevant information in time before the appointment.

What technical requirements do I need for a video interview?

You will need the following technical equipment to conduct a video interview:

  • PC or laptop with webcam, possibly also smartphone or tablet
  • Stable internet connection
  • Headset with microphone if necessary

If you do not have the necessary technical equipment, please contact us in time. It may be possible to conduct a telephone interview instead.

What do I have to consider for a video interview?

In order to be prepared for the video interview in the best possible way, you should consider the following information:

  • Check in advance whether your technology is working (Internet connection, webcam, sound, etc.).
  • Make sure that the environment is as quiet and undisturbed as possible.
  • Before the interview, take a look at the section of the camera and make sure that you are clearly visible. Pay particular attention to good lighting conditions (it should not be too bright and not too dark).

I do not have the technical requirements for a video interview. Can I still have an interview?

If you do not have the necessary technical equipment, please contact us in advance. It may be possible to conduct a telephone interview instead.

I already had a first video or telephone interview. What happens next?

We will inform you about the further procedure. Please appreciate that due to the current situation the process may take a little longer than usual.
